Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 February 2026
1. Introduction
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at ehq.tech (the “Site”) and any related services, including the waitlist, operated by Envo Energy Ltd (“Envo”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. Company registration details will be published here once available.
By accessing the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The service
Envo is an AI-powered tenant support and property operations platform for UK landlords and HMO operators. The platform is currently in development. The Site provides information about Envo and allows you to join a waitlist for early access.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, nor does it create a contractual obligation for us to provide the service. When the platform launches, separate terms will govern its use.
3. Waitlist
When you join our waitlist, you agree that:
- The information you provide (email address, property count, property type) is accurate.
- We may contact you at the email address provided with updates about Envo and early-access invitations.
- You can unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by emailing hello@ehq.tech or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
- Waitlist position or sign-up date does not guarantee any particular priority or pricing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site except as permitted by our
robots.txt.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, software, and design — is the property of Envo Energy Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and waitlist are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date.
- The Envo platform will launch on any particular date or with any particular features.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Envo Energy Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Envo Energy Ltd from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
